Kandahar Cement Factory
Construction began in 2023 on a $150 million, fully privately owned commitment — one of the biggest projects in Southern Afghanistan, built in two phases toward 5,000 tons of capacity.
The first production lines establish KCF's foundation capacity — supplying Southern Afghanistan with certified cement grades from day one.
The final phase positions KCF among the region's most significant cement producers — a landmark of Afghan industry.
